What is included in the subscription?

Subscribe for unlimited access to Auxy and the full library of high quality sounds. You also get new sounds every month and regular updates to features.

Will the subscription work on all my iOS devices?

Yes. You will be able to access your subscription on any iOS device as long as you use the same Apple ID on these devices.

Will my subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Your subscription will auto-renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The period starts on the day you subscribe and runs for a month or year depending on which plan you choose.

How do cancel my subscription?

Open your Account Settings where you manage all your App Store subscriptions. If the link doesn't work, you can locate the page manually in the iOS Settings app. Tap you name in the top of the settings list and look for the App Store settings.

What happens to my projects if I cancel my subscription?

Your projects will always be available in iCloud, regardless of whether you are an active subscriber or not. You will always be able to export your projects and create new renders. However, if you want to edit any loops using subscription sounds or imported samples, you have to have an active subscription.

What are the payment options?

Subscriptions are handled by the App Store’s payment system and the options for paying are the same as when buying an app or an in-app purchases. You can pay with either the credit card connected to your Apple ID or use an iTunes gift card.
