Projects are stored locally in the app in order to make browsing and opening projects quick and stable.
To export a project, you can either use the "Export Project" menu in the project settings, or swipe left in the project list and tap "Export". You have the option to share a project file or upload the file to our server and get a link that you can share.
In the project list, you can also export all your projects at once, which is practical if you want to make a backup or migrate to a new device. However, when you export all projects, any imported samples will not be included with the project files. If you have imported samples, you also need to export your sample library separately.
You can import projects from iCloud and other places by tapping "Import" above the project list. You can also import projects from other apps, including Files, by using the "Open in Auxy" action on the file itself.
Enable iCloud to keep projects backed up without having to manually export them. Open the iCloud settings and make sure iCloud is also enabled for Auxy in the list of apps. Auxy will now save copies of your projects into the "iCloud/Auxy/Backups" folder.
Projects take up very little space, so we recommend that you enable iCloud in order to keep them backed up. In order to save space, imported samples are not stored with the project backups, so make sure you also back up your sample library.
To restore projects from iCloud, tap "Import" and locate the "iCloud/Auxy/Backups" folder where you can select the latest version of the projects you want to restore. You can also use this method to import the latest version when you are using Auxy on multiple devices.
If you have a lot of projects, you can use tags to keep them sorted. Swipe right in the project list to add tags to a project, then pick "By Tags" in the list of sorting options above the project list.
