Sounds remain locked even though you have an active subscription

This is a bug that seems to happen in rare cases when the app is updated or when you renew your subscription. We think it is caused by using different Apple IDs for downloading the app and making the purchase.

Please help us resolve the issue by tapping contact support, which will trigger an email with logs that we need to learn more. We will get back to you as soon as we can, which is usually within a few hours.

Fortunately, the issue usually seems to resolve itself after some time. To unlock the sounds right away, you can try logging out from the App Store, restart your device, open Auxy and tap "Restore Purchases" to trigger a new login within the app. Make sure you use the same Apple ID that you most recently used to purchase or renew your subscription.
